For this years Taste of Phoenixville, we offered our store cooked Texas Style Brisket on a Corropoles roll along with a sampling of homemade sausages. The sausages included an Apple Sausage, a Sharp Provolone Sausage, and an Andouille. These tasty items won over voters and made Foresta’s a top ten taste for the Third year in a row! The Taste of Phoenixville is a yearly event where Local Caterers, Restaurants, Breweries, and Wineries are on display with delicious samples. Taste of Phoenixville’s proceeds help support the Good Samaritan Shelter. Thank you to everyone who stopped by our table and voted, as well a Big Thanks to Taste of Phoenixville, The Town Dish and everyone else who makes this an awesome event!
